Can I change plans later?
Yes, absolutely. You can add or remove the AI option at any time from your subscription area. The change is immediate.
Is my data secure?
Safety is our top priority. All your data is encrypted (HDS Ready) and we will never sell your information. The AI does not use your data to train itself.
What is audio transcription?
You can record your sessions (with the patient's consent) and our AI automatically transcribes them. You can then generate structured summaries in just a few clicks.
Does the AI option have limits?
Yes. Each month, the AI option includes 80 session analyses, 60 session preparations or transcribed documents and 10 hours of audio transcription. The counters are reset to zero on the 1st of each month and your consumption is visible in Settings > Subscription.
